Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at our learning center. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund requests will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you MUST REQUEST BEFORE RECIEVING COMPLETION CERTIFICATE.  No refunds will be issued once a completion certificate has been earned.  

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the refund. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and process your request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days which may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
